There are many different causes of memory loss, and it is no longer accurate to talk about mild cognitive impairment or AD as single entities with single causes.
#4 The best way to prevent and even reverse significant memory problems is to identify them early and work to eliminate or treat all the risk factors that may be contributing to them.
