Eleven years ago, Jenna and her friends agreed to meet at the Fountain of Peace. Now, their reunion is sweet, if all too short. Just as they're saying their good-byes, the roof falls in on them. Literally. Someone has bombed the Fellowship Council Hall, and the survivors of Decima are trapped beneath the rubble. While Jenna's uncle, Commander Xavier, works with the Council to find the perpetrators and rescue the trapped hostages, Jenna and her team of Decimans care for the wounded and work on an escape plan; but the clock is ticking - Lokin and his terrorist group have more bombs waiting to go off.
