He returned to England in his twenties to join the Parachute Regiment and served with the Second Battalion for four years. His journey into writing began as a series of blog posts before his imagination led to him writing a series of short stories, which eventually gave birth to the character of Kalila Grey. Andrew has also started collaborating with Dianne Harman, an Amazon charts number one seller and a USA Today Bestselling Author, on two brand new cozy mystery series.
