Lady Arianne Dunne went along with her brother's rash scheme to ensnare her a rich husband. In love with another man, she sees the wealthy marquis as merely a means to an end. Garret Spencer, the Marquis of Ravensford, is the last man any lady would seek as a husband. An unrepentant libertine of the worst sort, he has sworn off marriage.
