The scenes are lush and I loved the mix of action and emotion.it flows well, with great pacing. Weill's built hooks into the story, so it's easy to read chapter after chapter. Another thing I liked is the research that clearly went into the book. I hate it when writers get into the weeds on stuff they learned, but I also like to learn a little something while I'm reading. This book strikes the right balance there.
