Beatrice Aldrich is a former educator who is passionate about mindfulness and its role in reducing burnout. She has a great love for education and believes that mindfulness is essential for educators who want to stay healthy and effective in their work. Having taught for 8th grade students with multiple beavioral and learning disabilities, she saw firsthand the challenges that educators face, including high stress levels, long hours, and constant demands.
She also saw how these challenges can lead to burnout, which can have a negative impact on both the educator's personal and professional life. Ms. Aldrich is committed to helping educators reduce burnout and improve their well-being. She is passionate about making a difference in the world, and she believes that mindfulness is one of the most important tools we have for creating a more peaceful and compassionate society. Dawn has always been fascinated by nature and the medicinal properties that it provides for mankind.
She grew up surrounded by plants and herbs that were used for healing. As a child, she would often watch her mother and other village elders prepare remedies from these plants, and she was amazed by their power to heal. Dawn is passionate about sharing her love of nature and the medicinal properties of plants with others. She wants to help people learn how to use them to improve their health. In her book, she shares her knowledge of plants and their medicinal properties.
