It's so dark and I can barely breathe.  It feels like I'm wearing a heavy coat that weighs me down and stops me from moving.  I want to scream but I doubt if anyone is close enough to hear me.  I'm starting to sweat even though I'm freezing cold.  The darkness is overwhelming.  My heart is pounding in my chest and I'm afraid my lungs are on fire and may burst.  Dark, so dark, where am I?  As much as I'm trying to open my eyes I can't and as much as I'm trying to scream nothing is coming out of my mouth.....
