As sickness ravages the city of Plugh, Dr Gladstone knows he can't take another night hearing his patients struggling to breathe. He needs the help of Mr Felen, the only person smart enough to help. The person the hospital board has removed at their urgings of their new benefactor. Swallowing his pride for the sake of his people, the doctor has to plead for help, but perhaps the right assistance will come from a different Felen.
