The confrontation goes viral when the wealthy react, building up the wall around their fortress community of Citadel Hill. The shela movement takes on Plan B, sending pipeworms under the wall through sewer lines directly to select toorich houses. Josh struggles to figure out a virus maybe planted in shela when the Cauz guy argues for traditional military methods.
