It's an ordinary day for the team at the Medical Solutions Engineering Workshop, where a team of seven work together, delivering services to the local hospitals and general surgeries. One by one as they arrive and interact with each other, emotions run high.  With team morale low, and management struggling to keep it together, a team meeting is called. Two armed men gain entry to the workshop, holding the team hostage.  Each member is questioned, threatened and forced to select someone on the team to be killed. Things take a darker turn when the votes become clear, and one of the team is shot dead after sacrificing themselves to save a member of the team. The kidnappers go back on their agreement and want more blood, setting off a chain of events that will shock the team to the core.
