When Sean Legg, the government's Chief Minister is kidnapped, only a select few are aware. And then a policewoman stumbles over the hideaway and things begin to unravel for the kidnappers. Meanwhile, down at the Chinese restaurant, Clem and Eli, a pair of inquisitive young teenagers, discover ancient passages and caves in the granite foundations of the island.
