Résumé

You are tired of living like your wellbeing doesn't matter. You want to be valued for your gifts and strengths. And you want to work in ways that honor your cycles of energy, and the rhythms that work best for you. You are tired of covering up parts of yourself to work for an organization that isn't listening. You might have good reasons you covered aspects of who you are in the past. Bosses or peers may have felt intimidated by your insight or intuition.
You may have gotten burned when you tried to speak your truth. This book offers seven micro-practices and questions along the way to help you uncover and love your hidden identities. The more you accept and love all aspects of yourself, the more confidence and strength you will have to pursue the path of your heart's desire. Even if parts of you feel hidden in the shadows, this book will help you call forth your inner awareness and aliveness while pursuing your courageous work.
Cristy De La Cruz is a training facilitator and multi-potentialite. After 11 years as a clinical research project manager for an international division of a medical device manufacturer, she rediscovered her passion for embodied learning paths and leading adults through significant life transitions. She is an RYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher certified through Yoga North Duluth and a certified Performance Engineer with The Medici Group.
This is her first book. **"A practical tool for self-exploration and transformation, and something that readers can return to as a reference, a workbook, and a guide."                                                        -Julie Davis, PhD.
