Desperate for answers, Maxan is drawn into an eternal war between The Monitors and The Mind, both vying for control of the powerful artifacts hidden deep below and far above their world.
While The Minders want only to keep the artifacts safe and dormant, the cult of The Mind wants to use them to take over the world. Immune to the weapon that he now holds, Maxan must uncover the secrets of his world and find a better path for all animalkind.
