À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de JBTanoy

Jean Bancairen-Tanoy is a USRN based in Connecticut, USA. She is married to attorney Dinno Tanoy, a legal advocate and USRN. They both work at Yale New Haven Hospital. The couple has two children. Jean immigrated to the US in February of 2015 and resided in Illinois with her family. She has worked as a staff nurse and as a nurse supervisor. She is now currently living in Connecticut and completing her master's degree.
Living in New England allows her family to experience the scenic beauty of the Atlantic shores, revisit the historical and culturally rich towns and cities, appreciate autumn foliage, and explore nature. Jean and her family enjoy traveling internationally and skiing during the winter. They always look forward to summer weekends and enjoying the beach.  An immigrant herself, Jean experienced all the highs and lows of being a stranger in a new country.
She hopes this book will raise awareness for immigrants and help nurses and their families transition smoothly into their newly found home.
