Résumé

Have you ever wanted to book a flight and go on a plane, but could not because it was too expensive? Well, this guide will hopefully bring you some insight to give you an idea as to what you can expect should you find yourself in a situation where you needed to fly one day. This includes booking your flight, how to go through security, finding your plane, and the flight itself. Although most of this is focused on what it is like to fly as a blind person, anybody else can benefit from reading this, too.

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Ulysses Harmony Garcia

Ulysses was born in a small city in Oregon and is completely blind and hard-of-hearing. Despite these challenges, Ulysses has made great strides to achieve many successes in life. Ulysses loves writing, whether it'd be a young adult novel, or a short self-help manual on a wide variety of topics. 'I love to research, ' says Ulysses. 'I often research something before I actually get involved with it, so that I would be prepared.' When not writing, Ulysses is often travelling and exploring new places.
Ulysses is also a great advocate and social justice warrior for various minority groups, such as disability, LGBTQIA, and more. 'Intersectionality is important, ' says Ulysses, referring to situations where people with multiple disabilities and/or characteristics are sometimes subject to lack of resources because of ignorance.
