For all those who - like me - find it difficult to pray and meditate, this book of hope is for you, whether you are a Christian or not. Faith is not an emotion ; it is not about feeling good, babbling words mechanically like pagans. Faith is based on a gift, received as of conception, when the Breath of Life becomes our Soul, accompanying us all the way to our last breath when It leaves our body to go back to God.
Actions speak louder than words ; they represent our daily prayers and are worth one hundredfold our mechanical babbling. This book is in no way a discouragement to those who can pray and meditate properly ; good for them ! I wish I could ! My failure in praying solemnly does not weaken my faith in Salvation ; I know I will Go to Heaven and this book explains in detail the reasons of my conviction ! See you there, God willing !
