My shadow & me!

I am not necessarily only me ; I have an emissary that accompanies me at all times and that talks and acts on my behalf. It is my shadow : my "other me". My "shadow" is influenced and controlled by my past emotions and memories, as well as by my worries about the future ; it is in their grip. They are stored in my EMS (Emotional Memory Store), unconsciously embedded in my brain. I could liberate myself from my EMS and attain Zen through two mechanisms : consciousness and control, as well as living in the present moment, devoid of the past and future.
