The life of a man can only be meaningful when he has been able to leave positive works that serve as testimonies. Making sacrifices and being available to assist others is a unique exploit that requires a lot of strategies and compels admiration. Professor Spencer H. Boyer of Howard university is an exceptional case the university community will never forget. The year 2016 will make it 50 years of teaching career and he may remain the dean of African American law professors in the United States of America ; an icon of higher education who will forever refresh our memories and a role to follow.
