New areas of coverage and discussion include : The private enforcement of EU and UK competition law, including the EU Directive on Antitrust Damages Actions and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 ; The treatment of conditional rebates under Article 102, including the judgment of the Court of Justice in Intel Corp v Commission ; The phenomena of "price signalling", algorithmic collusion, and other atypical cartel activities ; Recent developments on the application of EU and UK competition law to restrictions of online sales of goods and services ; Consideration of the possible implications of Brexit for UK competition law.
