Atmospheric setting of the Advent antiphon for 21st December, 'O Radiant Dawn, Splendour of eternal light, Sun of Justice, come, shine on those who dwell in darkness ... ' The organ part is a transcription of the original string orchestra scoring, which was commissioned by St Mary's Music School, Edinburgh, in celebration of 35 years as a specialist music school. The vocal score includes the trumpet part both in C and transposed into Bb.
