Wagner Urtext-Klavierauszüge

Final instalment in the new Schott edition of piano scores Urtext Edition Siegfried completes the new edition of piano scores of Richard Wagner's 10 major operas. The editions are based on the complete edition and are actually the first urtext editions of the operas. Featuring critically revised musical text, clear notation, and rehearsal and bar numbers. The preface provides information on the genesis and early history of the opera's reception while further annotations document important rehearsal instructions from Wagner.
