Biographie de Colin Mcdonald

The Author : Colin McDonald is a citizen of Trinidad & Tobago. He received his B.Sc. in Economics and Management at the University of the West Indies, Barbados Campus, then an M.Sc. in Project Planning from the International Training Centre in Enschede, Netherlands. Ph.D. at Göttingen University, Germany, in 1999. He worked as a Planner and Project Analyst with the Public Service of Trinidad & Tobago.
He also worked as a Programme Officer with a Regional Institution in several islands of the Caribbean and was involved in Small Enterprise Promotion and Evaluation.
