The exceptional pianist Marc-André Hamelin has written this arrangement of the Brazilian world hit "Tico Tico no Fubá" for piano solo. Using all means of classical virtuoso piano playing, Hamelin has Tico Tico, the curious little bird, fly chirping over the keys, giving the world-famous hit a hitherto unforeseen swing. The present edition forms part of our Piano Transcription Series. Ambitious pianists will certainly take pleasure in the virtuoso challenge posed by this effective arrangement.
